Culture4Good Consulting Limited and its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group“, “we“, “our” or ” us“) respect and are committed to protecting your personal data privacy in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) (“PDPO“) of the Laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR“). 4. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

We use reasonable organization, technology and management measures to protect the Personal Data controlled by us. Nevertheless, there is no guarantee on the security of the information transmitted in our website. We are not able to guarantee the security of Personal Data transmitted by you in our website. The transmission of such Personal Data is at your own risk.

When we receive the Personal Data transmitted by you, only our designated employees or vendors could access your Personal Data.

We will retain your Personal Data only for so long as is necessary for fulfilling the purpose for which they were collected. Personal Data that is no longer needed will be destroyed.
