Founder and Chief Culture Architect
John Lee is a dynamic and results-driven senior industry professional with over 18 years of insightful experience across diverse sectors focusing on culture transformation consulting and customer experience management.
During John's past management consulting work in leadership development and corporate sustainability, he came across quite a few executive leaders and board of directors, who were struggling to transform their company culture to cope with the fluctuating and volatile business environment, especially during the global pandemic. Despite the desperate need to change, most of their schedules were flooded by business operations and tight on financial resources.
As John’s desire to help these frustrated business leaders grew over time, he departed from his previous consultancy to rethink a more streamlined reflective journey for inspiring executives and management teams to resolve burning business/team issues together and improve corporate governance; eventually seeding the crucial elements to transform the company culture towards a sustainable environmental, social and governance (ESG) culture.
Soon after months of incubation, his culture transformation consulting social business — Culture4Good, was established alongside with their signature Culture Transformation Journey, and a wide range of other consulting services including strategic planning, executive coaching, management clinic, etc.
Culture4Good is a culture transformation social business, which aims to inspire executive leaders & key decision makers from the commercial, social, education sector or even startups; especially who are in desperate need to identify possible next steps in resolving their burning business/team issues for good, or even personal, family & relationship matters yet tight on resources; but eventually hope to transform the company towards a sustainable Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) culture through a self-reflective journey.
Throughout the grounded journey of culture transformation based on trial-and-error, we will establish a “mutual dialogue” with the management team with regular review and clinical support, to ensure a smooth rollout from bottom-up and avoid disrupting business operations.
In addition to transforming a company’s culture “for” its sustainable development, other positive impacts may include unleashing the team’s potentials, nurturing a happy work environment, driving revenue, etc. It’s a gradual process of enlightenment, which takes time for the team to continuously practice, reflect and evolve through time together.
We believe “culture” holds the key to sustainably grow a business in the long-term. Therefore, we focus on helping executives to transform the way how teams resolve their daily operational issues for “good”, with immediate next steps.
